Exercise has been part of Renee’s life since an early age. She grew up taking dance classes and later became a fitness instructor, where she discovered a passion for teaching. Renee took her first yoga class in May 2012 and so began her journey of self-discovery and transformation. In 2014, she decided to deepen her practice and share her passion for yoga by taking Satya Yoga Teacher Training, RYT 200, completing her training in June 2015.
Renee began teaching classes at yogaErie in August 2015 and loves her yoga tribe. Renee prefers to teach energetic vinyasa flow classes and loves to challenge her students. She fosters a safe, supportive environment for students to explore and connect with their body and breath while having fun along the way.
When not on her mat, you can find her traveling, riding her bike, gardening, reading, listening to music and dancing in the kitchen.
