Josh found yoga through a desire to strengthen his physical body. It wasn’t long before he noticed tremendous emotional and spiritual growth taking place as well. After practicing regularly for two years, he chose to expand his practice by participating in a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training (Satya Yoga 2015). This also allowed Josh to begin sharing the gift of yoga with others as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200).
Josh strives to share yoga as a powerful tool for growth in mind, body, and spirit, with those he meets on the mat. His classes range from invigorating Vinyasa flows, that challenge the physical body, to mindful Yin that allow his students to explore and move closer to their highest self.
